The G0495 range of auto change-over manifolds are for installations requiring uninterrupted flows of gas at a constant high outlet pressure.

The manifold is constructed from chrome plated brass and is designed for use with non-corrosive gases. They are suitable for both industrial and high purity gas (up to grade 5.5) applications. The manifold consists of two banks of cylinders, one on each side of the pressure control assembly. The position of the selector knob determines which bank of cylinders is “in-use” and which is “in-reserve”. The manifold draws gas from the “in-use” cylinder bank until it reaches the change-over point. The manifold then automatically starts drawing gas from the “in-reserve” cylinder bank. When the emptied cylinder has been replaced the selector knob should be rotated to select the other side to reset the manifold. More detailed operating instructions are included with each manifold.
