G0375 & G0385 Gas Panels

The G0375 surface mount gas panels are designed to act as a master control station, regulating the final gas supply to an end process from a gas reticulation system. The panel consists of inlet fittings, supply isolation valves, pressure regulators all fixed onto a stainless wall mount panel / bracket, which is secured to the wall using four bolts.

A range of options are available on each component within the panel

Inlet Fittings The standard inlet fittings are for ¼” tube, available in either brass or stainless steel. Other sizes are available on request.
Isolation Valves The standard isolation valves are brass with Teflon seals. Stainless steel valves are available for corrosive gases or environments
Regulators The standard regulator bodies are made from chrome plated brass. A selection of diaphragm materials is available to suit specific applications.
– Elastomer diaphragm for industrial applications, (up to grade 3.5 gases)
– Teflon coated elastomer diaphragms for laboratory applications, (up to grade 4.5 gases)
– 316L stainless steel diaphragms for ultra high purity applications, (up to grade 5.5 gases)
For corrosive gases the regulator bodies, seats and diaphragms are made from 316L stainless steel. All regulators are available in a range of different outlet pressures (eg. 0- 200 kPa; 0-450 kPa; etc.)
Outlet Fittings The standard outlet fittings are for ¼” tube. These are available in either brass or stainless steel. Other outlet fittings are available on request.
Internal Tubing The options for the internal tubing material are either PFA, copper or stainless steel.

Basic Dimensions:	Height – 230mm Width – Single Gas panel has an overall width of 160mm. For panels with more than one gas simply add 80mm per additional gas to obtain the overall panel width (ie 4 gas panel = 160 + (3×80) = 400mm
